? is there anything wrong with biting the hand that feeds you? good question for a man named joey jackson who knows the law like anyone else what did you say about cnn? what did you say about your employer? >> i love working here. the best! we all watch the charlie sheen nuttiness play out. this is a specific and sober, it would seem, young man, specifically disparaging the program he's on and beg his viewers not to watch. >> sure. >> fireable offense, contract he must -- how is this going to pay out? >> he's a young man growing up. he's been with the same cast, it's family, since he was 8. he's 19 now. it's a long time now, he's found some religion and it interferes with what the dynamics of the show are. he's speaking out. should he do it? absolutely not. this is your employer. when you're making $300,000 an episode, two-year contract, 7.8 million, you may want to be a little nicer. and because of that, generally in contracts there are a couple of clauses important. one a nondisparagement clause. it says you don't bite, as you said, the hand that feeds you. >> don't disparage me. >> about your em

democracy or is it going to go more toward traditional conservative populism of a jackson or a reagan. certainly, when a country manages to deal with such a deadlock or to change the direction, it comes only through presidential leadership. it doesn't come through any other means. so, you've got a lot of red here, and that may be a good harbinger for your party but it does not say anything about how the country is going to move forward in terms of what you promote. so, given all of that -- if you buy any of it -- to what extent do you see any way in the world that the next four years will be anything other than a continuation of the last four, -- struggling, muddling through, kicking the can down the road and not really dealing with the fundamental problems of america? >> 3 very good questions. i would say that obama's first term has two parts -- before and after the 2010 election, just as the clinton administration was also two parts. they never talk about -- the talk about the last six years, when republicans were present, -- were present, with welfare reform, but they never talk ab

times by the trees what did i do to help the people of michael jackson. the president has taken on acorn show. this has really been no effort by this administration to help the people when they were underattack. this administration ignored many warnings coming from benghazi, libya about the state of play. they have been telling us and the entire world al-qaeda has been dismantled. it was clear to anybody who was listening that was peaking benghazi over. during the apack, he said he reported people to help those in libya to come to the aid of the people in libya. not one person came to his aid. did he ignore the order or never make the order? the person i blame above all else is president barack obama. he has oversold the dismantling of ail quaid. he spiked the ball when bin laden was killed and created a seps of security that doesn't exist and he let these poor people in libya go into a death trap and didn't do anything about it. >> greta: but go back to my point that once all that happened and these and the americans want to know what happened to the murder -- any murder investigation i
